Family Friendly Boston Vacation Rentals
Parents are joyfully surprised to hear about our family-friendly Boston travel accommodations, which are fully furnished apartments in the city or suburbs. We understand that you need more space, accommodations that fit your children's ages and eating habits, with easy access to public transportation in Boston and surrounding Massachusetts area tourist attractions. If you rent a Boston furnished apartment, it will have a full kitchen or kitchenette with most appliances, extra beds, TVs with DVD players, etc. A furnished apartment affords a certain amount of privacy and independence that is more relevant for those traveling with children. Apartments are often more cost effective and relaxing than hotels in the city. Access to a kitchen lets you prepare select meals yourself to save considerable expense.
- Not all apartments are appropriate for young children due to spiral staircases, lead paint or businesses in the building. Trust Bed and Breakfast Associates Bay Colony to recommend travel accommodations that are most appropriate for your family's needs.
- Accommodations fill quickly during school vacation times.
- Ask when Boston school vacations are scheduled - family-oriented activities and museums are crowded during those weeks.
A Boston B&B or Cape Cod bed and breakfast may allow children or may allow children of certain ages. Some have extra beds in each room. They can also be a wonderful experience for families.

"This was a first class vacation. Our difficulty was in finding accommodations configured for a couple with two late-teenage boys with all the need for confirmed separate rooms & beds (hotels don't always guarantee that a room for two is two beds). As a family home, it offered all that & more with an outstanding level of comfort & furnishings. Our main reservation was whether Cambridge would be too far out for a vacation in Boston. It wasn't. Not only is Cambridge/Harvard interesting in itself, but I suspect that wherever you ended up in Boston, you'd have to use the T to get around, so being a couple of stops over the river was no disadvantage. We'd recommend Cambridge Vacation Rental Guest House without reservation to anyone looking for a family vacation in Boston." - Douglas & Margaret, M807, Cambridge Vacation Rental Guest House
