of Boston in this pleasant and comfortable, Boston vacation rental.
Situated in a beautifully landscaped courtyard building, the furnished
studio apartment has a separate full kitchen and dining area and a full bath.
It is a wonderful alternative to bed or breakfast and hotel accommodations.
The apartment contains a queen murphy bed (a full mattress platform style bed)
and a double futon sleep sofa of excellent quality for comfortable sleeping.
It can be rented nightly and weekly in the spring, summer and fall and monthly
in the winter as a Boston short term rental. The building offers a laundry room
and bicycle storage. It is a 5 minute walk to the subway at Fenway and 5
minutes to Fenway Park. Many hospitals, museums and colleges are within a
10 minute walk. Boston's Freedom Trail and Public Gardens are within a 10
minute ride by subway. Attractions within a 10 minute walk include: Fenway
Park, Longwood Medical Area, Museum of Fine Arts and Isabella Stewart
Gardner Museum

or double occupancy and indicate from low (winter) season to high
season. During special events rates are higher than posted. Most
apartments require 3 night minimums and most Bed & Breakfasts require
2-night (3-4 nights during special events) minimums, unless short
notice. Larger Inns and hotels accept 1 night stays. Please refer to “Policies
and Procedures” page.
