It is comprised of one large room with a separate kitchen area with refrigerator, sink, dishwasher, stove top, combination microwave and oven, and counter space. There is a separate sitting area, a desk facing the windows, as well as a sleeping area with an attached, newly-remodeled bath. The house is conveniently located just one block from Washington Square center, the subway, three of the best Irish bars in metro Boston, a sensational European bakery and café, and other fine restaurants and shops. The subway takes 15-20 minutes to downtown Boston, 10-15 minutes to BU and the Longwood Medical area, and 10-15 minutes to Boston College in the opposite direction. All linens and kitchen equipment are provided. No breakfast provided. There is a kitchen.
